任務(wù)原理
   鑄鐵閘門，在啟閉機(jī)升降的作用下，使閘板在閘框滑道內(nèi)上、下滑動，能局部或全部的開啟和封閉過水孔口。在水柱的壓力下，強(qiáng)迫閘門向下游位移，緊靠在閘框止水面上，保證止水效果良好，到達(dá)調(diào)理流量和控制水位的目的。

運用頤養(yǎng)
    灌溉鑄鐵閘門在開啟和封閉過水孔口時應(yīng)留意閘板的上、下極限地位，以免損壞閘門或啟閉機(jī)。閘門在啟閉進(jìn)程中，如有異常狀況，應(yīng)立刻中止運用，并及時反省處置，掃除毛病后，才干持續(xù)運用。
閘門封閉時，在離閘底坎10厘米處，應(yīng)將閘門暫停2分鐘，應(yīng)用閘門底坎激流沖凈底門槽內(nèi)的砂石、雜物，然后再將閘門封閉。
